Duties and responsibilities 

  • Data entry management for fuel, productivity, equipment utilization as directed by Operation Manager
  • Management of Department rosters and recruitment.
  • Raise purchase requisition and picking slip and follow upto Pronto system
  • Ordering kitchen supplies & attending meeting, controlling the expenditure of supplied items
  • Perform other duties as and when required and requisted by the Supervisor
  • Create timesheet of Department & Truck rental

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, Degree in Business Administration or related field (Graduate in Mining engineering will be an advantage)
  • 1 or more years of working experience in mining industrial/related field 
  • Excellent knowledge of English Language both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and practices
