Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and organize required plumbing works at site and be responsible for Hot water system of camp, offices, piping, bores, boiler houses and sewage treatment plants work.
- Responsible for daily plumbing work within Boiler House operations and STP Operations.
- Manage and organize daily works of plumber, boiler house operators and service drivers. Make a maintenance and control the operation of hot and cold water systems.
- Follow the Company policy and procedures and Safety Regulation tightly.
- Prepare daily plan of scope of work and monitoring performance of the work.
- Responsible the maintenance and adjustment of heating system and boiler house.
- Solve the trash and accomplishment of the site issue cooperating with Environmental Department.
- Solve the issue related to under his/her supervision employee after discussing with direct Supervisor and Manager.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications required for the position
- OHS attitude teamwork skills, strong knowledge in maintenance field and able to perform it onlyself.
- 5 years expierence on driving
- Mongolian valid driver license
