Bayan Airag Exploration LLC, a mining company conducting exploration and project development, is inviting applications for a Training and Development position to work at its based in Site (Durvuljin, Zavkhan Aimag) with the roster of 20/10:
Training and Development Coordinator shall lead a company’s efforts to attract, train, and keep the best employees. Focus on designing and implement programs for performance management, employee development, employee assessment, and succession planning. Work closely with management team and human resources team to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company. |
Qualifications required for the position; - University degree in Human Resources Management |
- Practical knowledge and skill in implementing recruitment, employee training and development, talent management, performance management and benefit programs. |
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English |
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. |
